Kathy A. Turner, Ed.D.
Executive Director
Kathy is well known in Flagstaff, for her 19 years of leadership with the Institute for Future Work Force Development at NAU and her work as a parent involvement coordinator at the Flagstaff Public Schools. She is also the recipient of the 2000 Athena Award from the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, presented in recognition of her broad-based service to the community.

Raised in Phoenix, Kathy Turner has been in Flagstaff since 1972. "It's home," Kathy stated when asked about her deep connection to the Flagstaff community. "I care deeply about this community and its future. I believe in Flagstaff, and in the people who are guiding this community." Dr. Turner assumed her duties as Executive Director on June 4, 2001.
